HappyHearts.day, a project by Nicholas (MasterChef S1) and Elroy (co-founder www.hawkerheroes.sg), focusing on creating Joy and Opportunities.

With the love of travelling and the spirit of learning, Nicholas seeks to create unique recipes inspired by his experiences.

Selflessly, these recipes will be taught to different groups of people with special and various needs, equipping them with new skills and enriching their lives with new knowledge.
